Management fees cover the work we do to maintain and improve your property. Prices are based on various factors, including property type (vacation, residential or commercial) and services required.
According to the Government of Canada, you are a non-resident if you “normally, customarily, or routinely live in another country and are not considered a resident of Canada” or “live outside Canada throughout the tax year or less than 183 days in the tax year”. Our team can discuss how we’ll manage your property if you’re a non-resident.
